We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Financial Administrator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing financial records, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting the financial decision-making process. This position is ideal for individuals who possess strong analytical skills and have a passion for finance and administration.
Duties
Assist with quotes, ordering and organising purchases;
Monitor and pursue outstanding orders;
Assist in creating monthly financial reports;
Create, send, and follow up on invoices;
Collect and enter data for various financial spreadsheets;
Process deliveries;
Assist in running bank reconciliations;
Generate ad-hoc reports as and when required;
Process expense claims;
Adhere to the organisation's financial policies and procedures.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Financial Administrator or similar role is preferred.
Strong understanding of financial regulations and accounting principles.
Proficiency in accounting software (Quickbooks)and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
A qualification in finance, accounting, or a related field is advantageous but not essential.
