ServiceMaster NI are seeking a dedicated and reliable Factory Cleaner to join our team in a Part Time capacity.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across various facilities. This position requires a strong commitment to customer service, effective communication skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Responsibilities
Perform cleaning duties in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, and communal spaces.
Ensure all surfaces are cleaned and sanitised to meet health and safety standards.
Manage waste disposal and recycling processes efficiently.
Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, reporting any shortages or maintenance needs.
Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure satisfaction with cleaning services.
Drive to various locations as required, ensuring timely arrival for scheduled cleaning tasks.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients.
Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, to facilitate effective communication.
A valid driving licence is advantageous for travelling between job sites.
Ability to work independently while also being a cooperative team player.
Attention to detail and a strong work ethic are essential for maintaining high standards of cleanliness.

3pm - 6pm - Mon to Fri
Rate: 12.21 per hour (Paid monthly via BACS
