Rachel Kathryn residential home is looking to employ a casual part time support worker (2 DAYS PER WEEK) this will be on a

fixed term contract

renewed every 12 weeks depending on the need of the home
Hours of work are 7am until 7pm, the role will incudes weekends which currently work 1 in every 3 weekends but all applicants will be required to work additional hours to cover annual leave and sickness

Experience of working with individuals with learning, physical and mental health would be beneficial although not essential, Driving license preferred

Applicants will be required to do wake in nights when needed ,due to legislation applicant will need to be over the age of 21

It is essential that applicants are in receipt of / working towards Level 2 in care (Previously known as NVQ 2) or a willingness to achieve the qualification within a specified timeframe.
