We are seeking a reliable and friendly Cafe Assistant to join our team and START in MIDDLE OF APRIL. As a Cafe Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the cafe. Duties:
- Greet customers with a warm and friendly attitude
- Take customer orders and process payments accurately
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to established recipes and standards
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the cafe, including tables, counters, and dining areas
- Assist with food preparation, including chopping vegetables, preparing sandwiches, or baking pastries
- Maintain inventory of supplies and notify management when items need to be restocked
- Follow all food safety guidelines and regulations
- Provide assistance to customers with special dietary needs or allergies
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner

Requirements:

- Barista experience is required

- Previous experience in a cafe, restaurant, or customer service role is a plus.

- Both availability on saturday and sunday are required
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
