CAE Ventilation Services Northern Ltd has been established for 27 years. CAE Ventilation Services (Northern) Ltd are based at Woodside Business Park, Birkenhead, Merseyside. Specialising in the Design, Supply, Install, and Commissioning of Ventilation / Ductwork systems, our team of close-knit, like-minded time-served engineers supports our eager to learn apprentices. We form an efficient team, from our office staff, workshop fabricators, and site installation teams, delivering full turnkey projects safely, from concept design to complete installation.
As a result of organisational growth, we are looking for a part-time Bookkeeper to join the Accounts team based in the Head Office on the Wirral.
The Main Purpose of the Role is:
Managing daily transaction processing, including raising and inputting purchase and sales invoices. Carrying out bank reconciliations, ensuring all records are up-to-date and accurate. Credit card reconciliations. Monitoring outstanding payments and supporting credit control activities. Answering internal and external queries relating to accounts and payments. Other ad-hoc duties.The Ideal Candidate Will:
Be computer literate with proficiency in all areas of Microsoft Office. Have a high attention to detail and accuracy. Have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar field. Have a "will do" attitude.In Return, We Offer:
A basic salary up to 25,400 per annum (pro-rata). Healthcare Scheme after 6 months. Annual bonus. Social events. Full training will be provided.This role is subject to a basic DBS check
