Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic Bar Person to join our team. As a Bar Staff member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our patrons, ensuring they have a memorable experience. Your responsibilities will include preparing and serving drinks, maintaining cleanliness at the bar area, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

The role is 18 hours per week with the possibility of overtime and must be fully flexible.

You must be able to perform cellar tasks such as barrel changing and opening up and closing the bar at the beginning and end of each shift and feel comfortable working on your own.

Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with established recipes and standards. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high hygiene standards at all times. Engage with customers in a friendly manner, taking orders accurately and efficiently. Handle cash transactions and operate the till, ensuring accurate billing. Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces regularly. Demonstrate excellent time management skills to ensure prompt service during busy periods.

Qualifications

Previous experience in bar work or hospitality is preferred but not essential; training will be provided. Basic Math's skills for handling cash transactions effectively. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service

Pay: 12.21-14.32 per hour
