We are looking to recruit a Part Time Admin & Social Media Assistant to join us in our expanding, friendly office for 3 days a per week, Tuesday - Thursday. The applicant must be flexible as additional hours may be required to cover holidays. The number of days/hourly rate may increase depending on experience.
Duties include but are no limited to:
Electronic scanning and filing
Raising customer invoices & receipting payments using Sage
Sorting & franking various postal items
Arranging courier deliveries/collections
Dealing with customer enquiries over the telephone
Creating social media content and blogs for our website, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn etc, using Canva or other preferred means
Send digital email marketing using Mailchimp
Increasing brand awareness via telephone or mail marketing
You will be required to represent the company at agricultural shows throughout the year.
This role would suit a person with a confident and outgoing personality.
Immediate start available for the right candidate
Own transport required due to the location of the site
