As a Team Leader, you will be instrumental in guiding and supporting your team to deliver high-quality care and services. Reporting to the Manager, you will leverage your strong communication and leadership skills to foster a collaborative environment. Your expertise in Health & Social Care (Level 3) and NVQ will ensure compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee the team day to day, allocating job roles
- Ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks to meet the needs of those who live with us
- Train and mentor team members on proper techniques and procedures
- Medication administration
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication
- Address any issues or concerns raised by team members and provide appropriate solutions
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to production activities

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a leadership role within the care sector
- Strong knowledge of regulations and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays

- Level 3 in Health and Social care or working towards
