Bennett & Game have the pleasure of representing a well-established practice based in Slough, Berkshire who are seeking a Part II Architectural Assistant to join their team. The successful Part II Architectural Assistant will be reporting to the director and will have responsibility for working and delivering on the designs of a range of architectural projects, predominantly in the residential sector.

The ideal Part II Architectural Assistant will have a good knowledge of Revit and Photoshop and have experience in the early design stages and an understanding of UK building regulations. The successful Part II Architectural Assistant will be based from our client\'s offices in Slough. This company is a medium sized company that will give you real responsibility from the start predominately within the residential sector, more specifically apartment blocks and housing developments.

The Part II Architectural Assistant will work on a variety of architectural developments spanning from residential, commercial development, educational, leisure and on occasions master planning.

• Competitive salary (\xc2\xa325,000 - \xc2\xa335,000 DOE)

Part II Architectural Assistant Position Overview

• Prepare and present feasible reports and design proposals to clients
• Advise on the nature and quality of materials needed
• Control projects from start to finish
• Assist Senior staff and colleagues
• Work on projects throughout all RIBA stages
• Produce high-quality drawings on Revit
• Resolve any issues or problems that arise during construction

Part II Architectural Assistant Position Requirements

• Degree Qualified in Architecture (Masters and Bachelors)
• Highly Motivated
• Excellent team player
• Ability to commute into Slough
• Revit knowledge essential
• Previous experience in early stage design and understanding of UK Building Regulations favourable
• Good presentation skills
• Residential experience highly favourable
