We're seeking dedicated, reliable, and energetic End of Tenancy Cleaners to join our expanding team. Whether you're looking for full-time or part-time work, we offer flexible hours to suit your schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Comprehensive Cleaning: Perform thorough cleaning of vacated properties, ensuring every surface is spotless. Key Management: Collect and return keys from our central Glasgow office or designated letting agencies. Reporting: Utilize a smartphone to access our scheduling system, GPS navigation, and to submit before-and-after photos with detailed work descriptions after each job. Professional Conduct: Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor with clients, tenants, and team members. Team Collaboration: Often work in pairs; if you have a preferred partner, we can accommodate joint assignments.
Requirements

Experience: Prior cleaning experience is essential; training on Lucid Cleaning procedures will be provided. Transportation: Must possess a valid UK driving license and have access to a LEZ-compliant vehicle. Technology: A smartphone is essential for scheduling, navigation, and reporting tasks. Reliability: Punctuality and dependability are crucial. Energy: High energy levels and physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks efficiently. Flexibility: Ability to adapt to last-minute schedule changes and urgent bookings. Attention to Detail: High standards of cleanliness and the ability to work efficiently to complete tasks within set timeframes.
