Responsibilities:
Pick up the van from the delivery depot and load the delivery vehicle from the staging area
Deliver packages to residential and commercial locations in a timely manner by driving and stepping in and out of the vehicle safely
Operate an electronic device for GPS and daily records
Greet and interact with customers and the public with a professional and positive attitude
Work a 9-hour route between 10am -10pm
Flexibility in work days and ability to work weekends and holidays
Ability to work as part of a team
Adhere to the uniform policy
Able to lift and deliver packages up to 23kg
Adhere to all safety regulations on the road

Requirements:
Have a valid UK / EU Driving Licence.
Held your Driving Licence for at least 1 year.
No DR or IN endorsements; must not have been disqualified from driving.
No more than 6 points on your Driving Licence.
Be prepared to work weekends, into evenings and Bank Holidays.
We deliver 7 days a week including bank holidays and rota drivers accordingly.
Independent problem solver with good communication skills.
Able to lift and deliver packages (up to 23 kgs).
Approximate working hours: 9 hours per day including 60 minutes of breaks
All drivers are subject to a DBS, drug and alcohol test and other checks in accordance with local law/regulations.
Candidates must be able to load and deliver high volumes of parcels daily and able to use stairs to deliver packages.
Commercial (or work related) driving experience is a plus but not required.
