Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional patient-centered care to individuals requiring urgent medical attention.
Conduct thorough assessments to accurately prioritize patient conditions and initiate appropriate interventions based on clinical protocols.
Administer medications, treatments, and advanced life support techniques as necessary.
Collaborate seamlessly with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information.
Ensure the availability and readiness of medical supplies and equipment for emergencies.
Safely and professionally assist in patient transportation when required.
Educate patients and their families on medical conditions, treatment plans, and aftercare.

Qualifications:

Valid Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) registration as a Paramedic.
Experience in Primary Care/UCC ideally
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Life Support (ALS) certifications.
Proficient clinical assessment and strong critical thinking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Competence in using medical equipment and technology.
Dedication to upholding patient confidentiality and ethical standards.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
