Responsibilities Document Review: Review and analyse employment contracts, company policies, and employee handbooks to ensure compliance with UK employment laws. Identify any potential legal issues or areas of concern. Drafting Legal Documents: Assist in drafting legal documents such as employment contracts, settlement agreements, and correspondence related to employment law matters. Case Management: Manage and organise case files. The successful candidate will have exposure to development of case files and input in correspondence with clients. Tribunal and Court Procedures: assist the tribunal department to prepare and file legal documents with employment tribunals and courts as necessary. Ensure compliance with relevant procedural rules and deadlines. About you The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate great interpersonal skills towards clients, excellent communication skills, robust organisation skills as well as the ability to work to deadlines, while maintaining high standards in terms of accuracy and quality. Law Graduate (preferred) or Law Student having undertaken on Employment Law Elective/Module. Good communication skills with colleagues, clients and third parties. Proactive and excellent time management skills. Strong attention to detail. Excellent time management and motivation.
