Paralegal - Motor - Volume Recoveries Team - Leeds
We are looking to attract a Paralegal to join DWF, an award-winning global legal business.
The successful incumbent will join our Motor - Volume Recoveries Team and can be located in Leeds.
This role involves handling a range of insurance claims, both international and domestic. Our client list is prestigious and growing. We also advise prestigious corporate clients, either through insurance work or directly.
The work is diverse, involving claims across a range of policy types, including property, casualty, marine, contract works and more; and under primary layer, excess layer and reinsurance programs. The work includes policy coverage, property damage, product liability, personal injury (limited), reinsurance and subrogated recovery. Our work spans numerous jurisdictions, and our team is an important part of our global network.
We have strong expertise in various sectors, both within our team and through collaboration with other teams. These include construction, transport, energy, aviation, retail, life sciences and food & drink. Sector activities cover the whole firm, giving you the opportunity to work with lawyers in a variety of disciplines.
