Paralegal

Our well-established client is seeking a Paralegal to join their Commercial Property team. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a Legal 500 law firm and progress your career.

What You'll be doing

You'll be ensuring the team is organised by managing diaries and liaising with clients. You'll support the team in file opening and closing process, including issuing engagement papers alongside general administration. You'll be creating documents and correspondence. You'll be involved with business development activities and will work with marketing department. You'll be involved in the billing and payment process - preparing invoices, completion statements, and financial statements. You'll be responsible for ordering official copies and property searches, filling in Stamp Duty Land Tax returns and submitting Land Registry applications

To be successful for this position, you must have:

Commercial property secretarial experience - gained as a Legal Secretary, Legal Assistant or Paralegal. Ideally more than 3 years legal sector experience.

The base compensation per annum is contingent upon proven experience. In addition, we offer a performance-related bonus and other benefits.
