Future Prospects
Possible full time position at the end, with a starting salary of 19,000. Other positions are unknown at this time but will be discussed close to the ending of the apprenticeship
Apprentice will get key development working with an Investors in Peoplesilver accredited firm, so are constantly learning and developing as we look after progress.
Answers the telephone and provides exceptional customer service to internal and external contacts.
Supports line manager and other colleagues
Arranges client meetings
Attends meetings and takes meeting notes
Deals with key property related administration
Using online case management system
Logs into and updates various portals
Updates and manages records and files
Undertaking research
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Provides reception coverage as needed for backup
Take part in the rota for dealing with outgoing post and DX
Drafts correspondence and standard forms
Handling confidential and sensitive information in accordance with GDPR
Preparing invoices for clients
Full training will be provided by our team in (but not limited to):
Interviews with clients
The process of conveyancing
File opening and closure
Dealing with contracts
Reviewing searches and property documents
Writing articles for social media
Telephone and post assistance

Confident with excellent communication skills.
Ability to multitask and manage reception in conjunction with other administration duties
