Paper Print Operator - Permanent \xe2\x80\x93 Gosport areas
Wild Recruitment have a fantastic opportunity for a Paper Print Operator for one of our clients based in Gosport area.
The Paper Print Operator will assist in the running of the Comexi printing press and to operate the Synpro printing press and ancillary equipment in a safe and effective way to enable the business to meet its customer deadlines on time and in full.

- Flexographic print machine operation.
- Print based NVQ\xe2\x80\x99s/City and Guilds.
- Can mount printing plates and mix inks.
- Good colour vision.
- Keen to learn and willingness to be flexible. Good communication skills.
- Leadership/man management experience.
- Reel changing on the Comexi printing press.
- Preparing virgin reels for printing and recording supplier information to log sheets.
- Operating Synpro printing press.
- Mounting Synpro printing plates.
- Safe handling of printing sleeves and print cylinders and the storage there of.
- Wash-up/change-over on both machines. Safe handling of anilox rollers and the storage there of.
- Dispensing and mixing inks to correct Pantone reference numbers or colour samples as required.
- Troubleshooting flexographic printing faults.
