North London based Contractor seeks Social Housing experienced painters to undertake decoration to occupied kitchen & bathroom renewal programme in Islington
Daywork rate 150.00 - 160 experience dependant but majority of work on price
Price work as follows
- Kitchen 265.00
- Bathroom 200.00
- Separate WC 100.00
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
Experience of undertaking this type of work before i.e. local authority Decent Homes work
Be flexible and able to work in a team
Be trustworthy and able to work under own initiative
Be quick and clean
APPLICANTS MUST POSSESS THE FOLLOWING:
BLUE CSCS Card
Ability to read and understand English
All the necessary papers to work in the UK
Asbestos awareness certificate (can be obtained online)
