Job Description

Silchrome Plating is an award-winning metal finishing company based in Leeds but serving the whole UK & many customer around the globe. We currently supply a wide variation of coatings to the Aerospace, Automotive, Domestic, Decorative, Industrial, Military etc.

We use everything from Powder coating to 1K / 2K -to specialist coating systems such as Everslik, Molykote, Xylan.

The majority of the work is small, light components & high volume with customers from all over the globe, mainly focusing on the European market.

Personal Requirements:

Enthusiastic, reliable, clean, meticulous, work proud, problem solver.
Willing to work overtime when required to meet customer demand.
Enjoy physical and precise work.
Non-smoker.

Experience:

Powder coating (1 year + preferred)
Wet painting (2 years + preferred)
Masking (preferred - can be trained)
Preparing (preferred - can be trained)
Blasting (preferred not required - can be trained)
Zinc-Phosphating (preferred not required - can be trained)

Sociable working hours:
07:45-16:30 Monday to Thursday
07:45-15:00 Friday

Overtime available paid at 1 1/3 x base rate (expected to undertake)
Mornings/Evenings/Weekend's
