Zenith Media won the business in 2019 across 15 EMEA markets by creating a bespoke client solution team known as Publicis Media Luxe (abbreviated to PML). The PML team is made up of Account, Digital and Strategy experts working from a central hub based in London, coordinating with regional Publicis offices. Publicis Media Luxe is looking for a new Manager within the Paid Social team, a rapidly growing and successful team of 50+ paid social experts. This newly opened role offers an opportunity to work on one of the businesses newest and most exciting global clients, helping to deliver excellence in paid social advertising across a wide range of global luxury brands and markets.
The core role of the Paid Social Manager is to devise and deliver best-in-class paid social strategies for a selection of LVMH Brands. The Paid Social Manager will line manage a Paid Social Senior Executive and Executive to develop plans in line with client strategy, oversee the successful execution of campaigns and ensure smooth running of accounts. They will engage with and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to elevate our work, and will confidently challenge where necessary in order to deliver the best results possible.
The paid social remit for LVMH will include high profile campaigns and time sensitive activations, so good communication, excellent organisation and strong attention to detail are key. The Paid Social Manager will deliver on four key objectives:
Strategic Thought Leadership:
Demonstrates thorough technical knowledge across all paid social platforms including Meta platforms, Twitter, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Pinterest and TikTok, drives innovation and constantly refines strategic approach by executing test & learns, pitching and executing activity on new platforms, participating in alpha/beta tests, securing agency or category firsts.
Account Growth & Maturity:
Grows and develops accounts, consistently improving results, increasing investment and diversifying platform/product adoption.
Team Management:
Effectively manages client deliverables, developing techniques to appropriately prioritize and distribute workload and responsibilities across the team. Ensures client needs are met and seeks ways to improve efficiency through implementing new processes or tools.
Developing Direct Reports:
Sets challenging and stretching tasks to grow the expertise and confidence of direct and indirect reports. Provides on the job training, constructs compelling development plans and holds frequent development discussions to inspire and motivate team members.
