We\'re supporting a key client of ours to find a permanent memeber to the paid media team to provide support on key accounts. The role requires a Paid Media Manager, specialising in Paid Search, to lead the charge in creating and implementing highly successful paid advertising strategies. As a Paid Media Manager at a cutting-edge agency, you will be at the forefront of the digital marketing efforts, responsible for crafting and executing results-driven campaigns for a diverse portfolio of clients. Your role will be pivotal in advancing the agencies services, taking charge of client engagement, and leading campaigns. You will collaborate closely with our Paid Media Director and Chief Strategy Officer to bring our strategic vision to life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and align objectives, goals, and KPIs to align client business objectives with paid search and paid social strategies.
  • Set up and manage Paid Media campaigns across various platforms, including Google, Bing, Meta, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, Twitter, and YouTube.
  • Lead high-value client campaigns independently, ensuring client satisfaction through proactive account management.
  • Plan and schedule activities for delivering paid advertising campaigns based on the agreed strategy.
  • Provide comprehensive reporting on paid advertising activities, working diligently to achieve client goals and targets within Paid Media campaigns.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by continuously enhancing your knowledge of digital channels, particularly Paid Search, and integrating innovations into client campaigns.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration by sharing your expertise with internal teams in our lively work environment.
  • Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with the Paid Media Director and Strategy team on client proposals.
  • Work closely with our Client Services Team to effectively communicate Paid Media concepts and recommendations to clients.
  • Ensure adherence to internal systems and processes, keeping them up to date.
What You\'ll Need:
  • Proven experience leading and developing Paid Media campaigns, with a focus on Paid Search, preferably in an agency environment.
  • Proficiency in managing campaigns across various media platforms, including Google, Bing, Meta, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, and YouTube.
  • Track record of managing large Paid Search campaigns, optimizing accounts to meet performance targets.
  • Expertise in developing and implementing audience strategies to optimize Paid Media campaigns.
  • Experience applying bid rules, buying methods, and automation to enhance campaign management.
  • Strong experience with Paid Media management and tracking tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage client campaigns and relationships.
  • Exceptional communication skills to present campaign tactics and strategies effectively.
  • Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail, capable of identifying trends in large datasets.
  • Strong organisational skills to prioritize and manage your workload effectively.
  • Experience in synergy projects, particularly with Paid Search and Digital Media.
  • Advanced Excel knowledge.
  • Proven ability to support, develop, and mentor junior team members.
