Our vision is simple: to create a padel community that's open to all, where we blend energy, fun performance and our passion for padel with an amazing social vibe on and off the court. .

Opening in November, with 6 indoor premium quality courts, at Padel@54N we are on a mission to become Northern Ireland's ultimate padel club. Our front desk staff will play a critical role in providing a first-class experience to members and visitors to the club. They will act as ambassadors for Padel@54N helping us deliver a one-of-a-kind community and padel experience to everyone who walks through our doors.

General Duties and Responsibilities



Provides exceptional customer service experience to all members, non-members and guests of the facility. Front desk staff will be enrolling new members and assisting current members with their queries. Greeting members and users of the club as they come through the reception area. Checking in members and verifying memberships as well as assigning courts and checking reservations and payments. Helping organise and providing information on classes and courts/clinics/event availability. Handling questions about cancellation of membership or court reservations.

Responsibilities



Customer Service:

Greet members and guests with a warm and welcoming attitude. Provide information about club services, programs, and events. Handle inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email. Explain, if necessary, the rules of padel.

Reservation Management

: Assist members in booking padel court reservations. Maintain an organized reservation system and schedule. Ensure timely check-ins and check-outs for court usage.

Membership Support:

Assist in processing new membership applications. Provide support for membership renewals and inquiries. Maintain accurate membership records.

Padel@54N ambassador:

Share your passion for padel and other racket sports with members and guests. Promote and help organise club events, lessons, and tournaments to encourage participation and foster a community club experience.

Administrative Tasks:

Handle basic administrative duties, including data entry and filing. Manage cash transactions and accurately maintain financial records.

Social media:

may be requested by the management team to help with creating engaging social media content creation that resonates with the target audience and reflects the spirit of the club.

Retail sales:

manage retail sales while on duty including inventory management, sales transactions and cashing-up according to club procedures

Facility Maintenance:

Monitor the cleanliness and orderliness of the club . Report any maintenance or safety concerns to the appropriate personnel. Assist in ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for all members and guests.

Other tasks:

Any other reasonable responsibilities assigned by the Club Manager.Front Desk Agent

Your Profile:



A genuine passion for racket sports, (bonus points for padel players) is a must.

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.

Basic computer skills for reservation and administrative tasks.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Enthusiastic, proactive, and a team player
