Machine operative for packaging

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced packing / despatch workers.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence to food safety standards and regulations

- Picking and packing products to correct quality standards and within despatch deadlines

-Setting up the machinery with the correct packaging and operating program and data input (e.g. label information);

- Monitoring the machines as they run and carrying out changeovers for different products
- Train new team members on company policies and procedures

- Ensure that products are meeting customer specification
- Completing production records
- Uphold cleanliness and organization standards in the work environment

Requirements:

- Previous experience in food manufacturing is desired but not essential.
- Ability to fill in paperwork and complete checks
- Excellent communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
