This is an exciting opportunity for a Personal Assistant who wants to take the next step in their career. Reporting to the Business Support Services Team Leader, the Workflow Coordinator will be the primary point of contact for managing administrative workflow across the Property PA team, with the aim of delivering a highly efficient administrative support service to the firm.



The role




Manage resources and coordinate workloads to ensure all incoming tasks are assigned to a team member and completed on time Communicate effectively between key stakeholders and team members Support Team Leaders with the recruitment and training of new and existing team members Ensure best practices, firm policies and training guides are followed across the team Support team leaders to ensure relevant processes have up to date training guides Support with projects, which contribute to an enhanced service offering to the firm Working knowledge of health and safety, including participating in all on site health and safety audits and assessments


What we are looking for from you




3+ years of PA/administrative experience, preferably within a professional services environment Experience coordinating workflow tasks within a professional services environment Confident delegating tasks and working with team members to ensure tasks are completed on time Customer service focussed Excellent communication skills Effective prioritisation skills, with the ability to complete work within the allocated time frame Creative thinking, able to take initiative and problem solve Confident using and learning IT systems and software A collaborative and supportive team player
