Job Description
We are currently seeking a Locum Educational Psychologist to join our team on an ongoing basis. As a Locum Educational Psychologist, you will work closely with schools and educational institutions to provide assessment, support, and intervention for children and young people with a range of emotional, behavioural and learning difficulties.
Key responsibilities:
- Undertaking assessments of children and young people referred for educational psychology services
- Providing advice, guidance and support to schools and other professionals
- Developing and implementing EHCP\xe2\x80\x99s and programmes
- Providing training and consultation to schools and other stakeholders
- Writing clear and concise reports
- Hold a qualification in Educational Psychology and be registered with the HCPC
- Have at least 2 years of post-qualification experience as an Educational Psychologist
- Be able to work independently and manage a caseload effectively
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Be committed to working collaboratively with other professionals and stakeholders
- The rate for this role is up to \xc2\xa3550 per day
- There is no minimum commitment to a caseload
- Candidates may work outside ir35
- This is a hybrid role which allows for the report writing to be done from home
