Compass Associates are pleased to be working in partnership with a private Hospital in Central London in their search for a Paediatric Outpatients Nurse. The hospital, part of the world\'s largest private health care group, provides award winning patient-care to women and children. The hospital is equipped with the latest technology to provide advanced medical and surgical care, bringing an exceptional level of clinical care ranging from primary and acute through to complex.

The Candidate
The ideal candidate would have at least 12 months\' previous experience working within a Paediatric Nursing role. They will need to be able to work autonomously as well as in a team due to the requirements of the role, with a keen understanding of the clinical requirements of child nursing. They will have a kind, nurturing nature, with the ability to work with children across a range of ages. This role requires the successful candidate to work Monday \xe2\x80\x93 Friday shifts between 8:00am-20:00pm, however you would have to be flexible to work 2 Saturdays shifts per month between 8:00am-16:30pm on a rotational basis.

Requirements
\xe2\x80\x93 Current NMC Registration.
\xe2\x80\x93 RCN qualified.
\xe2\x80\x93 12 months previous paediatric experience within a clinical setting.
\xe2\x80\x93 Ability to work independently/within a team.
\xe2\x80\x93 Kind and caring nature with a desire to support children through their treatment.
