Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Instructor to join our team. As an Instructor, you will have the opportunity to share your knowledge and expertise with our Island Clients, helping them develop new skills and achieve their goals. This is a rewarding role that requires excellent communication skills, patience, and a genuine passion for coaching.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging activities in accordance with the Island's activity model.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Assess client progress and provide constructive feedback
- Adapt teaching methods to meet the individual needs of our clients
- Encourage participation and foster a love for learning
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop our activity offering
- Maintain accurate records of client attendance and records of Health and Safety

Skills:
- Strong knowledge and expertise in the subject area you will be coaching
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Patience and the ability to work effectively with clients of all ages and abilities
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners
- Passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact on students' lives
