Responsibilities:
1.
Outbound Lead Generation:
Utilize our automated dialing system to efficiently reach out to a targeted audience.
Proactively engage in outbound calls to connect with potential customers.
Demonstrate a proactive approach in initiating conversations and building initial interest.
Proficiently handle client objections with the aim of influencing a positive change in their mindset
Effectively communicate product features and benefits to capture customer attention.
2.
Lead Qualification:
Engage with leads to understand their insurance needs and determine eligibility.
Gather accurate information for further evaluation by the sales team.
3.
Database Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions on calls with use of our CRM.
Ensure data integrity by regularly updating customer profiles.
4.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales team to transfer qualified leads promptly.
Collaborate with team members to optimize lead generation strategies.
5.
Performance Metrics:
Ability to achieve and surpass the daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation goals established for position operations.
Adhering to companies set KPI's
Qualifications & Requirements:
Proven experience in outbound call center roles preferred, however on boarding training will be provided for the role.
.This role requires strong negotiation skills
Excellent verbal communication skills and a compelling phone presence.
Familiarity with call Centre systems and lead management processes preferred
Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving and surpassing targets.
Knowledge of life insurance products essential and industry trends is advantageous.
Education and Experience:
Previous experience in lead generation, telemarketing or sales, within an insurance call center setting is preferred however not essential
