Job Title: OTC Analyst A little bit about our team: Warner Music\xe2\x80\x99s EMEA Shared Service Centre is the home to the financial, tax and administrative functions that provide critical support and best-in-class services to our European Recorded Music and Publishing businesses. Your role: The Order to Cash (OTC) Analyst will manage daily Accounts Receivable (A/R), and cash application activities. They will develop and execute continuous process improvements to streamline order-to-cash process. Here you\xe2\x80\x99ll get to: \xc2\xb7 Complete the recording, depositing and application of AR banking and netting payments in a timely manner \xc2\xb7 Complete standard invoice requests, ensuring accuracy regarding AR and Revenue coding \xc2\xb7 Complete credit notes and allocate as required \xc2\xb7 Facilitate monthly A/R close process, including preparation of general ledger, adjustments, journal entries, and reconciliation of specific accounts \xc2\xb7 Ensure that unallocated / unidentified cash receipts are addressed and posted timely \xc2\xb7 Process dispute/deduction adjustments and write-off balances \xc2\xb7 Query incomplete or inaccurate billing requests, liaising with the labels and business units to ensure timely resolution \xc2\xb7 Provide support to the OTC Team as a whole to ensure full team coverage, including cash collection tasks, customer query dispute, and any other task deemed necessary by the OTC Manager \xc2\xb7 Assist with credit control team if required About you: \xc2\xb7 1+ years of experience in accounting role with high volume of transaction processing in financial ERP \xc2\xb7 Understanding of internal controls, indirect taxes, and service desk operations desired \xc2\xb7 Strong work-ethic and a self-starter who proactively seeks out new solutions \xc2\xb7 Ability to multi-task and prioritise projects working well under pressure \xc2\xb7 Detail oriented We\xe2\x80\x99d love it if you also had: \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of SAP, ERPs, and S/4HANA About us: As the home to Asylum, Atlantic, East West, Elektra, FFRR, Fueled by Ramen, Nonesuch, Parlophone, Rhino, Roadrunner, Sire, Warner Records, Warner Classics, and several other of the world\xe2\x80\x99s premier recording labels, Warner Music Group champions emerging artists and global superstars alike.
