Compass Associates are extremely proud to be working with a Leading Private Hospital, located in Central London, who are looking for a dedicated Staff Nurse to join their Orthopaedic Department. This Hospital is recognised for their personalised care delivered at the highest standard, combined with their investment in the latest technology.

The Role
The successful candidate will assess, plan and deliver the highest standard of care, supporting patients throughout their journey. In order to be successful with this opportunity, you will need to be clinically qualified with a background in surgical nursing. You will be responsible for delivering pre and post operative care to patients undergoing a range of orthopaedic procedures including Hip, Knee, Foot & Ankle, Hand & Wrist, Elbow, Fractures and Spinal. You do not necessarily need to have the orthopaedic experience, however, having a keen interest in this area will be advantageous. Our client is able to offer excellent training opportunities, so this position is ideal for someone looking to grow professionally.

This is a full-time position consisting of 37.5 hours per week, which consists of long days, some nights and weekends.

Role Requirements

\xe2\x80\x93 NMC Registration
\xe2\x80\x93 Minimum of 1 years post-registration experience
\xe2\x80\x93 Experience working within a surgical setting
\xe2\x80\x93 Orthopaedic experience or a passion for orthopaedics will be highly advantageous
\xe2\x80\x93 Excellent communication skills
\xe2\x80\x93 Great attention to detail
\xe2\x80\x93 Motivated and enthusiastic
\xe2\x80\x93 Proactive approach

Summary
In return, there is a generous salary of up to \xc2\xa341,500 on offer dependent on experience, which includes enhancements for unsociable hours. My client is also offering a competitive benefits package including:
