We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, experienced Orthodontic Therapist for our dynamic, forward-thinking team.
Job Overview
You will work closely alongside our clinicians to deliver high-quality orthodontic care using the latest techniques and technology.
Key Responsibilities:
Place, adjust, and remove fixed braces, functional appliances, clear aligners (including Invisalign attachments) and retainers.
Perform IPR, bonding procedures, fitting and removing arch wires and elastics with precision.
Take digital intraoral scans (e.g., iTero), impressions, radiographs, and clinical photographs.
Provide clear, tailored oral hygiene and appliance care instructions.
Support patient consultations by explaining treatment plans and appliance options confidently and compassionately.
Maintain meticulous clinical records, complying with GDPR, CQC, and cross-infection control standards.
Contribute to a seamless patient experience by delivering care with professionalism, empathy, and discretion.
Collaborate closely with the dentists and the wider dental team to ensure professional clinical operations.

About You:
GDC-registered Orthodontic Therapist (Diploma in Orthodontic Therapy or equivalent UK qualification).
Minimum 1 years' experience in private or mixed orthodontic practice preferred.
Highly skilled in fixed appliances, clear aligners (Invisalign experience an advantage), and digital scanning.
Excellent communicator with a private patient mindset, always courteous, discreet, and attentive.
Confident working independently while collaborating closely within a team.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
Passionate about continuous learning and keeping up with new orthodontic innovations.
Well-presented, articulate, and committed to maintaining the highest professional standards.
