Organisational Design Lead

Job Description
Elevation HR have an opportunity for an interim Organisational Design Lead for a 12 month project role. This will be a high profile role within the company and we are looking for an OD Lead to lead the development of the project into a formal recommendation and consultation strategy.
Project Scope:
Fully review the current terms and conditions of staff and consider any updates to ensure they meet business needs including;
- Job roles, titles, responsibilities and appropriate flexible working rotas aligned to demand, ensuring the company has the right resources available at the right times; these being daily, weekly, monthly, and seasonal fluctuations
- Addressing historical contract constraints where required, hours, shift patterns, mileage claims etc
- Consider options for additional earnings in line with the marketplace and reducing overheads
- Review efficiency of the current shift pattern role
Identify how the development of MI required to support the scheme operation will be undertaken
Benchmarking against sector and market
Complete a business case for change and high-level implementation plan with detailed cost and budget implications
A board report for approval
To be suitable for this role you will be experienced in;
- Leading other large scale organisational design projects for c1000 employees plus.
- Have experience of working in a Unionised environment and be able to deal with the challenges that this may have.
- Proficient in change management principles and practices
