We are looking for a Order to Cash Associate to join our Finance team. This role will be based at our The Merlin Hub - Basingstoke office, reporting into the O2C Supervisor on a permanent basis.

About the Role...

As one of the key stakeholders of customer credit application documentation and related accounting records, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our financial records are always up to date and accurate. You\'ll also be responsible for monitoring customer accounts, chasing outstanding invoices and ensuring that payments are received before the due date. With your expert eye for detail and unparalleled organisational skills, you\'ll be able to keep invoice processing running like clockwork, meeting all month-end deadlines with ease.

As a natural communicator, you\'ll be able to liaise with internal and external contacts with ease, performing related research to resolve any credit, collections or billing matters that arise. Ultimately, your contributions will help us to minimise bad debt and provisions for bad debt, ensuring that our financial future remains bright and secure.

About You...

• You will have some experience within an accounts receivable/billing or credit and collections role, as well as;

• Effective verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to deal with challenging customers

• You will be a hard-working and proactive individual who is confident with all aspects of credit control/sales ledger

• You will be a team-player and comfortable confidently communicating with international and UK suppliers

• We requires strong analytical and decision making skills

• You will have strong interpersonal skills
