Join our dynamic sales team as a Sales Order Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for processing all quotation and proforma requests, as well as customer purchase orders. Your efficiency and accuracy will ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Receive and file orders from various sources (email, sales team, post).
Process quotation requests and proforma invoices using Syspro software.
Convert proforma invoices to order confirmations upon payment notification.
Process customer orders and request within the agreed timeframe.
Issue necessary documentation to customers, including proforma invoices, order confirmations, customs paperwork, and courier forms.
Maintain and control the order confirmation filing system.
Perform various general administrative duties as required.
Additional Responsibilities:
Adhere to company quality standards.
Follow health & safety procedures.
Skills & Experience:
Strong working knowledge of ERP packages.
Experience with Syspro software would be an advantage but is not essential as full training provided.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Experience in an office-based environment.
