Job Description

We are looking to recruit 2 experienced Oracle Trainers on behalf of a prestigious Law Enforcement client based in South West England.

With the opportunity to work on Oracle Fusion HCM, ERP, and Payroll, you will play a crucial role in planning, preparing, and providing training to specialist users. As part of this role, you will have the responsibility of analysing and identifying training needs, implementing innovative solutions, and delivering high-quality training courses. Additionally, you will evaluate training programs and sessions, ensuring post-go-live support and hyper care for optimal user experience.

Requirements:
\xe2\x80\x93 Demonstrable training experience and/or relevant qualifications
\xe2\x80\x93 Experience in analysing and identifying training needs and implementing solutions
\xe2\x80\x93 Strong experience in designing, delivering, and developing training courses and support materials
\xe2\x80\x93 Proven ability to evaluate training programs and sessions
\xe2\x80\x93 Experience in Oracle Fusion HCM, ERP, and Payroll

Previous experience working for our client/Police Forces would be a plus
