Type Contract Next Ventures are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud Change Manager for a major Oracle Cloud implementation.

Key Purpose:

The role is responsible to drive the change management activities within a multiyear Transformation Program aimed to transform an existent ERP solution to Oracle Fusion Cloud. The Role will focus on change initiatives, in orchestration and tight alignment with

all program activities, at both implementation and with business transformation level. The Role is part of the Cloud transformation delivery team and will work in tight coordination with functional teams as well as with Business representative.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 7-10 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in a Business Change Management role.
• Demonstrable high-quality record of working in the mobile. telecommunications industry, managing Change in an ERP Transformation programs.
• Demonstrable high-quality record of working in Oracle Fusion Cloud transformation program.
• Experience of working in global and virtual teams and engaging with subject matter experts spanning more than one country.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to see multiple perspectives through the lens of varying cultural norms
• Strong leadership skills demonstrated strategic thinking skills, ability to think creatively and develop solutions to complex business challenges, while being commercially minded with a hand on approach.
• Able to pick up complex matters quickly.
• Proven track record of working with stakeholders and influencing people.
• Experience of presenting to, negotiating with and influencing a wide variety of audiences at a senior level.
