Our Technology practice are looking for experienced Sustainability Consultants to join the team

In Technology, we focus on the skills, capabilities and offerings to help define, drive, and support Technology led and enabled change. We have extensive experience in the strategic development, design, delivery and assurance of substantial IT transformation across financial services, energy, commodities, utilities, telecoms and government. Our skilled IT specialists become trusted advisors, acting independently of IT providers, delivering significant value to our clients.

We are looking for more great people to join our CIO Advisory practice; in particular colleagues with a passion for helping organisations on their journey to Technology Sustainability.

Our industry growth along with our continued ambitious geographic expansion means that we can offer our employees great progression and development across a diverse range of engagements.

What will you be doing?

You will be joining our CIO Advisory practice, helping our clients on their journey to achieve net zero, through helping them to reduce the environmental impact of their technology estate whilst also helping them to use technology as an enabler to support sustainability in their wider business.

As well as spending time with our client\'s senior business and technology leaders to understand their strategy and sustainability objectives, you will be working with our subject matter experts across sustainability, industry and technology to ensure we bring our cutting edge thinking and expertise to our clients. You will bring our insight and analysis together in realistic and concise deliverables. This may involve the following technology sustainability focused deliverables:

Current state assessments and recommendations

Initiatives and roadmaps aligned to technology and business ESG objectives

Leveraging data to drive sustainable decision making and reporting

Development of new digital product and services

Help organisations procure technology products and services in a sustainable way.

Your skills and experience

We are looking to hire candidates at Senior Manager and Director grades with:

A passion for sustainability in technology; helping organisations to reduce the environmental impact of their technology as well as develop new innovative sustainable products and services.

Familiarity with prevailing regulation and standards around Sustainability and ESG

The ability to take ownership and deliver results

Excellent communication and presentation skills

A desire to collaborate and work with others to get the best outcomes for our clients

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

A desire to lead the development of our people, capabilities, thought leadership and offerings
