My client is a reputable document and archive management company with a strong presence. My client is seeking an experienced and motivated Operations Team Leader to join their team based in East London
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise the receipt of documents and archives for transportation.
Supervise the storage of documents and archives.
Oversee the preparation of customer orders for the retrieval of documents and archives.
Manager 12 members of staff (Drivers and warehouse operatives) with a client base more than 100.
Coordinate internal administration and preparation for monthly invoicing.
Operate and maintain a computer-based document logging and tracking system.
Supervise the audit checking process and ensure all findings are reported and training issues are resolved.
Ensure accurate and timely delivery and collection of documents and archives on time and in full.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
Adhere to all Health and Safety regulations on-site.
Manage the Transport function at the Bow site.
Qualifications and Skills:
Supervisory experience in a service industry or customer service environment.
Forklift Truck license, preferably.
Adaptability and flexibility to varied work situations and shift patterns.
Self-motivated.
Salary:
\xc2\xa331,800 per annum
Hours:
Mon - Fri (8am - 4pm or 9am - 5pm)
