As an Operations Support Team Officer within the Gambling Supervision Commission (GSC), you will be joining a welcoming and supportive team, providing administrative support and assistance to the GSC's Inspectors, Senior Inspectors and Senior Management Team. Taking responsibility for a number of back-office functions, you will be vital to maintaining GSC records and databases, helping with the smooth and effective management of workflows and preparing external correspondence, meeting minutes and other essential tasks.
The GSC is responsible for the licensing and regulation of land-based gambling operators (such as the casino, betting offices, controlled machines and society lotteries) as well as the online gambling sector which has grown significantly in recent years. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to develop their career, obtain invaluable experience in the regulated sector and further their expertise in outreach programmes.
