The Role

The Operations Support Team Leader will lead the logistics and support team to ensure we are prepared to deliver high-quality care to our patients. Working closely with the Quality and Compliance Manager, you will help to ensure regulatory requirements are met. You will provide the Clinical Director with resource, training and competency requirements to support accurate budget planning and expenditure and you will manage your own and your team's working schedules, enabling effective service delivery.

The Candidate

We're looking for someone with experience of team leadership or management and experience of working within a regulated environment, supporting complex operational delivery. The role will suit someone who is self-motivated, collaborative and open in approach and can develop strong working relationships with their excellent interpersonal and communication skills.



Full UK driving licence required.
