ANGLO Limited is seeking an Operations & Payroll Assistant to join our team. This position will be responsible for payroll data entry for our summer staff, assisting with bookkeeping, managing excursion attraction entrances, and updating and maintaining spreadsheets for the staff at our summer centres. The position will require the candidate to oversee the return of course materials/supplies from our summer centres, and their subsequent winter storage.
Responsibilities
Assist in processing payroll and maintaining accurate records using Sage accounting software.
Perform data entry and manage accounts payable to ensure timely payments.
Support HR functions by utilizing BrightHR and contributing to employee records management.
Conduct analysis to identify discrepancies and improve operational efficiency.
Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and enhance overall productivity.
Qualifications
University degree from a business school category required (e..g accounting/business management)
Must be computer savvy with proficiency in Google Suite, including Drive, Sheets, Docs, GMail
Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong work ethic
Must be able to work in a team environment with a collaborative attitude
Must be able to work on weekends when needed (July only)
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract

Pay: 13.25 per hour
