THE ROLE

Front of House duties - you'll be the first point of contact for those coming into the office: handling refreshments and catering, answering the phone, booking, setting up and clearing meeting rooms, taking messages, distributing post and ensuring the office is well presented at all times, liaising with suppliers, ordering supplies, booking couriers, printing/binding and general being the 'go to' person in the office. Responsible for the day-to-day running of the office, including co-ordination with Fora (our landlord) and handling office maintenance Supporting with travel arrangements for members of staff (non-ELT) to policy & liaising with Finance on costs Monthly credit card and petty cash reconciliations for the office expenditure Supporting the Operations Manager with timesheet updates and compliance reporting, co-ordinating NPS surveys, and other operational tasks as required Support Operations Manager in coordination of diaries and meetings, minutes and actions as part of the monthly commercial review process Ad-hoc duties as may be required

THE ESSENTIALS

The ideal candidate will have:


Ideally 2 years+ experience working in a similar role with experience managing office facilities Technical proficiency in Office suite products- Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint etc Friendly & approachable Exceptional organisational skills, juggling priorities and meeting deadlines Collaborative and motivated to help support our growing company Positive, confident and personable approach Comfortability working on site due to the nature of the role and it's demand

Please note that this is an office based role Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm

This role is also in the UK so please note we will only accept applications for those with a permanent right to work in the UK and can also commute to the office.
