Work closely with Operations Lead supporting clients, suppliers and 3rd parties to delivery operational excellence across the client services function
Deliver operational excellence through excellent process management, customer service and product delivery
Responsible for day to day activities across the client service function including delivery of global orders windows
Review and manage data accuracy for KPI\'s, Savings and other MI reporting
Support sourcing strategy and service improvement through reviewing supplier spend reports and issues log
Facilitate cost saving initiatives
Help monitor all projects to ensure they are delivered to specification and on time
Work closely with and manage relationships with 3rd party supplier globally

The role can be based anywhere across the UK, but is required to be on site 2 days per week.
The position offers a salary of \xc2\xa335,000 - \xc2\xa345,000 plus 10% bonus and extensive company benefits
