The Role

This is an excellent Operations Manager role, working for a company with a growing reputation in their field. The Operations Manager will use prior commercial management experience - with specific experience managing Team Leads, to manage a multi-disciplinary team and their respective Team Leads.

The Operations Manager with ensure the smooth running of daily operations and the success that it leads to.

The Ideal candidate for the role will have some of the following:

Prior experience managing a team - With specific experience managing Team Leads

Formal management or leadership training and prior experience within an operations focussed role

Any hands-on experience or knowledge of agriculture would also be advantageous
