Lead a talented and growing operations team:

15 Field Staff 3 Team Leaders 10 Vehicles & 25m Truck Mount Platform Work closely with senior leadership and make a direct impact on strategy and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead day-to-day operations across our commercial window cleaning contracts. Manage client relationships: attend meetings, schedule work, and prepare quotes. Oversee workforce planning, team scheduling, and equipment allocation. Lead, mentor and support Team Leaders and field staff. Champion Health & Safety compliance and embed a strong safety culture. Track KPIs and performance metrics including client satisfaction, job completion rates, and quality audits. Maintain training matrix and ensure all staff certifications and development plans are up to date. Oversee vehicle and equipment maintenance, supply ordering, and subcontractor coordination. Drive operational efficiency and ensure all work is completed to agreed SLAs and budgets. Collaborate with the Managing Director on business growth strategy and weekly reporting.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in operations or field service management. Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Confident managing people, processes, and client relationships. High standards of personal integrity, professionalism, and decision-making. Excellent IT skills and comfortable with technology and mobile apps. Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across multiple sites. Flexible attitude - this isn't a 9-5 desk role.

Desirable (but not essential):

Experience in the commercial window cleaning, facilities management, or related industries. Health & Safety qualifications (IOSH, NEBOSH). Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and operational standards.
