- Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of Air and Sea Freight operations, along with a knack for delivering efficient 3PL solutions.
- Oversee and guarantee the seamless functioning of the operations department.
- Prioritise and achieve client satisfaction through impeccable service delivery solutions.
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys to continually enhance service quality.
- Lead, inspire, and manage the team to optimise performance.
- Foster robust client relationships that stand the test of time.
- Innovate and elevate the customer service department, setting new standards of excellence.
- Ensure accurate setup, distribution, and follow-up of all documentation.
- Address inquiries concerning orders, pricing, shipping, payment terms, and product specifications.

- Manage HR aspects, encompassing recruitment, training, coaching, and performance management.
