Castle Donington College is a small 11-16 school. We have 660 pupils on role across five-year groups (Years 7 to 11). The College is situated on the Northwest edge of Leicestershire on the Leicestershire, Derbyshire, and Nottinghamshire border and within 30 minutes\' drive of Nottingham, Derby, Leicester, Loughborough and Burton, being close to the M1 and A50.
We are now able to offer an exciting opportunity for a new member to join our staff, building on our current achievements and to contribute to our future success.
This is a key role, leading all services and operational matters within the College.
We are seeking to appoint an inspirational and experienced leader with outstanding finance, HR and business experience and skills to lead this important area of the College.
The successful candidate will be ambitious for the College, working closely with the Trust Central Team to ensure the long-term success and sustainability of the school.
They will have an excellent track record of positive outcomes and the vision and drive to oversee and co-ordinate the key resources, areas of support and staff teams to ensure all stakeholders can operate effectively, without impediment.
They will contribute to the strategic direction of the College and its future success. The role will involve working with the senior team, all teaching and support staff and Governors.
