Job Description

The role is permanent and would consist of placements over a 2 year period including some of the following areas:Shipping Warehouse - Goods received/inventory control Quality HR Planning Production

Following the completion of your placements you would then move into a role within Operations. We would keep options open as to whether this would be a people leadership role such as a Production Area Supervisor role or it could be a specialist role within Operations dependant on your preferences and needs of the business at the time.
To be selected for the position you must have: Educational Background*: completed a degree in business, engineering, economics, or a related field.

Skills*: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and the ability to quickly learn new software.
Experience*: Previous internships or work experience in business or operations is beneficial.
Traits*: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a team.
Communication*: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Adaptability*: Flexible and able to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Initiative*: Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the willingness to take on responsibilities and challenges.
Learning Attitude*: Eager to learn and grow professionally, with a genuine interest in the field of operations.
Eligibility*: The permanent right to work in the UK. The role is expected to start in September 2025.
