Job Title - Operations Delivery Expert

Location - London

Corporate Title - VP

Working within the GMLD (Global Markets Listed Derivatives) Deliveries team, you will be responsible for Delivery of all listed Futures and Options business transacted on the major derivative exchanges. This risk averse team are at the forefront of the GMLD Operations business, mitigating risk and delivering high service to our clients. You will be covering all aspects of Deliveries across global exchanges in every asset class.

Your key responsibilities

Timely and accurate processing of all Exercise and Assignment information, daily

All expiry processes across Global Exchanges,

Accurate and timely processing of all physical deliveries as a result of Futures & Options expiries

Regulatory reporting

Timely close out of trades across European markets

Providing upcoming delivery information to Client Services teams and Internal desks. Notification to clients of exercise/assignments as required

Your skills and experience

Demonstrable Futures & Options experience within a Deliveries function.

Proven experience in physical delivery for European products

Proven experience of Base metals (LME), exposure to Deliveries and warrant movements. Working knowledge of Sword and LME Clear

Good knowledge of GMI preferred.

Proven teamwork & time management skills within a high-pressure environment
