We're looking for a proactive and highly organised Operations Coordinator to oversee and support our Property Maintenance division at Thompson's Refurbishments - part of the fast-growing Thompsons group.
This full-time, office-based role is perfect for someone who thrives on structure, problem-solving, and communication. You'll coordinate a busy schedule of operatives and subcontractors, handle maintenance queries from agencies and clients, and ensure our smaller works projects are delivered efficiently - from pricing to completion.

Your Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and assign works to our Property Maintenance Operatives and approved sub-contractors
Maintain a high-quality sub-contractor database, ensuring reliable availability and strong performance
Manage day-to-day communication with agencies and clients, providing updates and resolving maintenance queries
Oversee call-outs and routine property jobs during office hours
Price Smaller Works enquiries using our costing templates and arrange works from start to finish
Provide project updates to stakeholders and ensure clear documentation of all tasks
Liaise with suppliers to ensure materials and resources are in place for successful job delivery
Use internal systems and tools to log, track, and manage all operational activity
What You'll Bring to the Team:
Experience in an operations, coordination, or scheduling role (preferably within property, construction, or maintenance)
Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Confidence liaising with clients, field teams, and suppliers
Comfortable using job management software, costing templates, and digital communication tools
A proactive, solutions-focused attitude
Team player with a high level of accuracy and accountability
Prior knowledge of property maintenance or reactive repairs is a bonus (but not essential)
